GA4 that's actually configured for your business, not left on defaults

GA4 out of the box records pageviews and little else that matters. The result is a busy dashboard that can't tell you how many leads you got or where they came from.

Set up around what matters to you

We start from your business, not the tool. Which actions are real conversions — a call, a quote request, a booking? We define those as key events in GA4, name them clearly, and mark the ones that count, so your reports track outcomes instead of raw traffic.

Wired into the rest of your stack

GA4 doesn't work alone. We install and manage it through Google Tag Manager, feed it the same conversion events your ad platforms use, and connect it to Google Ads and Search Console where it helps. That way one definition of a lead flows everywhere, and your reporting reads from a source you can trust.

Yours to keep

The GA4 property is set up in your own account, documented so you're never locked to us. We configure data retention and settings sensibly, keep the view uncluttered, and make sure the raw data is there if you ever want to dig deeper — but you won't need to log in to understand how things are going.

What's included

  • A GA4 property configured in your own Google account
  • Key events defined for your real conversions — calls, forms, bookings
  • Sensible data-retention, timezone, and internal-traffic settings
  • Installation through Google Tag Manager rather than hardcoded snippets
  • Links to Google Ads and Search Console where they add value
  • Basic spam and bot filtering so reports aren't inflated
  • Written notes on how it's set up and what each event means

Common questions

I already have Universal Analytics history. Is that gone?

Universal Analytics stopped collecting data in 2023, so GA4 is the current standard regardless. We can't migrate old UA data into GA4 — the two work differently — but we'll set GA4 up cleanly so your history from here forward is solid.

Isn't GA4 confusing to use?

It can be, which is exactly why we configure it properly and, through our Analytics & Reporting service, translate it into a plain report. You get the clarity without having to wrestle the interface.

Do I need GA4 if I already run ads?

It helps. Ad platforms report their own numbers, but GA4 gives you a more neutral view of what people do on your site after the click — useful for judging whether traffic actually turns into leads.
