The Tobex Growth Partnership is how we work with clients who want their entire digital presence built and run by one team, on one strategy. For eligible clients it includes a 90-Day Implementation Commitment.

What the Complete Growth System includes

A Complete Growth System engagement includes all core Tobex services, managed together:

• Website
• Hosting & Security
• SEO
• Google Ads Management
• Meta Ads Management
• Analytics & Reporting

The 90-Day Implementation Commitment

The Tobex Growth Partnership includes a 90-Day Implementation Commitment: for eligible Complete Growth System clients, we commit to having your full Growth System fully implemented and live within 90 days — website launched, hosting and security in place, SEO foundation built, Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns live, and tracking installed. If we don't hit that, we continue implementation at no additional management cost until it's done.

This is a commitment about delivery and implementation — getting your complete system built, live, and running on time. It is not a promise about business outcomes (see "No guarantee of specific results" below).

Eligibility

The 90-Day Implementation Commitment applies only when Tobex controls the entire system.

Eligible when:

• ✔ Website built by Tobex
• ✔ SEO managed by Tobex
• ✔ Google Ads managed by Tobex
• ✔ Meta Ads managed by Tobex
• ✔ Hosting and security managed by Tobex
• ✔ Tracking installed by Tobex
• ✔ Client follows recommendations
• ✔ Client provides approvals within 5 business days

Not eligible / excluded:

• ✘ Website built by another company
• ✘ Pre-existing SEO problems
• ✘ Pre-existing Google penalties
• ✘ Spam backlinks from prior work
• ✘ Previous agencies' work
• ✘ Broken tracking inherited from before Tobex
• ✘ Missing admin or account access
• ✘ Delayed client approvals
• ✘ Third-party outages
• ✘ Platform policy changes
• ✘ Force majeure

When the 90-day clock starts

The 90-day period begins only once Tobex has received all required account access, project assets, approvals, and any agreed initial payments. Delays in providing these extend the start date accordingly.

No guarantee of specific results

The 90-Day Implementation Commitment is about implementation and delivery — not results. Although our objective is to improve business performance, Tobex does not guarantee specific revenue, profit, ROI, search engine rankings, lead volume, sales, or market share.

No technology company can honestly promise those outcomes because they depend on many variables outside any single provider's control — including competition, market demand, pricing, customer reviews, advertising budgets, search engine algorithms, platform policy changes, and seasonal demand.

The implementation commitment guarantees that your system is built and running; it does not guarantee what the market does in response.

Single-service clients

The 90-Day Implementation Commitment applies only to Complete Growth System clients. Clients who engage a single service — just a website, just SEO, just ad management, and so on — are not covered by the implementation commitment. Single-service work is delivered to the timeline in your proposal and is covered by the "No guarantee of specific results" section above.
